With the construction of the new guard gate, the entrance to Santa Rosa will be blocked until July 4, 2007. During construction, you will be able to exit at Santa Rosa per fire codes. Please direct your guests to enter from Corbin Ave. During construction we will have a patrol guard for security purposes and directing traffic.
Some work also will be done along the Corbin gate. This work cannot be completed at the same time as the Santa Rosa guardhouse gate. At Corbin armed barriers will be installed along entry lanes which will require trenching the entry lane for electrical and DSL conduits. When there is a trench, cars cannot enter the Community grounds. The contractor, Courtsey General, will coordinate completion of the housing structure for DVR along Corbin simultaneously with the guardhouse; however, the armed barriers and tire spikes will not work until the guardhouse is operational. |

The Board proudly announces that new pool furniture has recently been purchased for the Community. The new look is absolutely breathtaking. We would like to extend a special thank you to Ruth Rhodes and Roberta Cohen for all of their efforts. |
